多分、何十年も前からこの鄙びた温泉街で同じお品書きを頑固に変えることなく、丁寧に仕事を重ねてきたんだろうなと思わせるお店。
不動の人気と冠した「鰺フライAランチ」をいただきながらそう思った。
鰺フライにお刺身と小鉢には千切り大根の煮物、これに香の物とご飯・お味噌汁付き。
鰺は背開きではなく片身に捌いてフライにしているので食べやすく、お刺身も新鮮でした。
相方の注文したのはBランチで鰺フライの代わりに鰺の干物が添えられている。
店を出てから聞くと「パサパサやったわー」との感想。んー、これは残念。
夜になりカウンター席で寿司ネタケースに並んだネタを見て酒の肴を作って貰い一杯やるなんてのに丁度いいのかな。
ご夫婦２人でお店をまわしていましたが息もぴったりで、感じの良い対応していただきました。
